Yes. The number of students isn't limited on Mini, Pro or Max — you pay for what the platform does, not for your audience growing.
Paying yearly is 16% cheaper than paying monthly. The card shows the yearly amount and the crossed-out "month × 12" price.
Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any moment — the features and limits of the plan you choose apply from then on.
Email campaigns run on the plan's limit: 0 on Mini, 2,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Max per month. Storage is 5 GB in Softbook Cloud on any plan, expandable to 2 TB with a Cloud subscription.
Softbook Cloud is cloud storage for course files (video, audio, documents). 5 GB is free on every plan; if you have a lot of material, the space expands with a separate subscription. More on the Softbook Cloud page.
Yes. You can cancel the subscription at any moment — the automatic charges stop straight away. If you need a refund for a paid but unused period, get in touch within 14 days of the payment.
