We chose Softbook because we needed an all-in-one platform to sell courses and manage students. What we like about Softbook is the ability to upload videos: in fact, not many LMS platforms offer this feature. It may seem strange and illogical, but it is very important to us. We also really like the pricing plan — it's intuitive, fair, and convenient, while other platforms often give the impression that they are trying to cheat you. We also appreciate the responsive support: we can always contact them with our problems and needs 24/7, and they respond quickly and really listen. The platform looks progressive, with a really user-friendly and modern design that matches the overall style of our academy. And speed matters too: the platform doesn't lag, everything loads quickly, and the various lists and fields open and expand smoothly.

Like many others, until February 24th, I was using a Russian platform for my three courses. And that was not okay. Many are still looking for an alternative. I'll share my experience. I switched to Softbook. This platform was created by our fellow Ukrainians. The guys manually transferred all my lessons, and there were a lot of them) I can't even imagine doing all that myself) I would have gone mad. And they did everything exquisitely) They are constantly improving their platform because it's new. Everything I suggest they need to fix, they take seriously and set as their objectives. They are incredibly loyal and care about everyone) And I drove them crazy in 2-3 months) Well, I think so)))) Because I need everything to be perfect) So I really recommend this platform to everyone) Because I use it myself and will not be looking elsewhere))) And those who have been reading me for a long time know that I do not use the word "recommend" lightly.

It may sound unusual, but the pandemic finally pushed me to pause, record all my lectures, and start developing the courses I had been postponing for years because of a busy schedule. Turning my materials into structured online products changed the way I work. Now everything runs in the background - the courses are available around the clock, and I no longer need to be constantly online. It gave me more freedom and the ability to step away from work, even during vacations, without worrying about the process stopping.

On the Softbook platform, we have organized a large knowledge base for our students. Now, we don't have to arrange 'live' sessions with speakers. Everything is recorded, uploaded to the training platform, and organized into modules with tests and homework. Our methodologists have breathed a sigh of relief, and students aren’t afraid of missing classes – lectures from star speakers are available at any time. The same goes for data on student attendance for these courses.

I rarely run in-person massage training sessions, as they require a lot of time, energy, and constant involvement. At one point, a friend and I tried recording video lessons and selling them through Instagram, but it quickly became clear that without an administrator it was very hard to manage — handling payments, sending access, and replying to messages took more effort than it was worth. In the end, we barely made any income from it. Your platform became a convenient solution to this problem. I uploaded several courses, set up automated payments, and stopped worrying about the technical side. Now the system runs on its own, and I can see my courses selling and generating steady income each month without constant hands-on involvement.
