Integrations

Integrations for an online school: connect payments, webinars, and any service

Softbook integrations are how outside services connect to the platform: payment collection (local and international providers), webinars, Telegram, and a link to any service through API and webhooks.

  • Connected without code
  • Local and international payments
  • 30 days free

Payment providers

Eight payment providers: the student pays the way they're used to

You don't lose the payment at the last step: a student in Kyiv pays through Monobank, one in Warsaw through Przelewy24, one in Berlin by card in Stripe. Connecting takes no code — you pick the provider in the Softbook Store, paste the key from your own account, and the money goes straight to you.

  • Ukraine: Monobank, LiqPay, WayForPay, Portmone, Hutko
  • Poland: Przelewy24 — bank transfers and BLIK
  • International: Stripe and PayPal
  • Your own payment provider account — course payments go directly to you

Webinars

Webinars for your students: Zoom and YouTube

A live session gathers the group and keeps the pace of the course, and the student doesn't hop between services or dig through email for a link. You start the broadcast in Zoom or on YouTube, and Softbook embeds it in the webinar page — right where the students are already learning.

  • A YouTube broadcast becomes a full webinar on your school's page
  • Zoom webinars and Zoom meetings are embedded in the platform
  • Students watch the session in the same place they take the course

Telegram

Your school's Telegram bot: notifications under your name

An email waits to be opened — a Telegram message is seen right away. You create your school's bot through @BotFather and connect it to the platform: the name and the logo are yours.

  • A separate bot for each school: your own name and logo
  • Notifications to students about school events — straight into Telegram
  • Every participant links their own profile and picks the notifications they want

Tracking

Google Analytics, GTM, and Facebook Pixel — with no code edits

Your ads learn from real buyers rather than from clicks: the pixel sees the payment, and the algorithm goes looking for people who pay. The identifiers go into your school settings, and no separate layout work is needed.

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Facebook Pixel — to optimize ads for conversions
  • Works together with end-to-end UTM attribution

Email services

An outside email service — if you already have one

Campaigns run right inside Softbook, so a separate email service isn't required. But if you've spent years building your base in a tool you know, there's no need to move it anywhere: connect it as an integration and carry on as before.

  • Integrations with Mailchimp, GetResponse, SendPulse
  • You connect your own account, if you already use these services
  • Softbook's built-in campaigns stay at hand at any moment

API and webhooks

A bridge to any service: API and webhooks

Your school can be linked to something that isn't on the list — your CRM, your analytics, your internal system — and the bridge works both ways: a webhook sends a school event to your URL, and the API takes data from outside in.

  • A webhook on an event: new order, payment, an action in CRM or sales
  • The payload carries the order, the buyer, the amount, the currency, the product, and the payment provider — along with UTM tags
  • The API takes data from outside: creating students from your own system, for example
  • Working with the API and webhooks is covered on the developer portal

Customer stories

Real schools. Real results. Real people.

Founders and creators on what works best for them in Softbook.

Mike Pritula

"We picked Softbook because we needed one platform for selling courses and managing students. What we value most: video uploads, clear pricing with no surprises, and support that actually listens and acts."

Tanya Mykhalchenko

"The team moved all my lessons over by hand — I have no idea how I would have done it myself. They were careful about it. They keep improving the platform, they listen to what you ask for, and they genuinely look after every client."

Olga Miller

"Before we switched, we tried selling video lessons through Instagram, but without an admin it was impossible. Here I uploaded the courses, set up automatic payments — and the system runs itself. The courses bring in steady income without me being involved every day."

Alexey Dinar

"We built a big knowledge base for our students on Softbook. No more 'live' sessions with speakers — everything is recorded and laid out in modules with tests and assignments. Our instructional designers can finally breathe."

FAQ

Questions about integrations

Eight: Monobank, LiqPay, WayForPay, Portmone, and Hutko for Ukraine; Przelewy24 for Poland; Stripe and PayPal internationally. Connecting takes no code, in the Softbook Store section: you pick the provider and paste the key from your own account.

No. Campaigns run right inside Softbook. Outside services — Mailchimp, GetResponse, SendPulse — can be connected if you already use them, but they aren't required.

The opposite. Almost everything is already inside Softbook: courses, sales, CRM, campaigns. Integrations are only for what's outside — taking payments, running webinars, and linking to your own services.

You start the broadcast in Zoom or on YouTube, and the platform embeds it in the webinar page. Students watch it in the same place they take the course.

Yes. A webhook sends school events out, and the API takes data in. Ready-made "if this event → then this action" workflows are on the automations page (Automations), and the documentation is at developers.softbook.app.
